How much does it cost?

Although many people like to pretend that travelling in their own car is somehow 'free', it's actually nothing of the sort, once fuel, insurance, maintenance and depreciation are added in. Not to mention parking fees and the risk of parking fines, speed camera fines and possibly the London Congestion Charge (applies before 6pm, Monday to Friday and costs £8 for cars).
If you remind people of these facts when you're drumming up interest for your event, you'll soon find they see the advantages of paying for a coach and sign up for the trip.
Another factor that may encourage your guests to travel by coach is the reduced Carbon Footprint of a single coach full of passengers, compared with perhaps twenty or more cars travelling independently.
